• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger ( optional )
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour , as needed
• 3 cups beef broth , as needed
• 0.5 container sour cream
