Salmon Penne with Wild Mushrooms recipe - from the Made with Love Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 1/2 lbs. dry penne pasta
• 12 oz. salmon, diced to about 1/2" pieces
• Flour, to dust
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
• 1 Tbsp Chopped shallots
• 1/2 c sliced wild mushrooms (or any on hand)
• 1/4 c white wine
• 3/4 c heavy cream
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 3 Tbsp chopped, toasted hazelnuts
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
