Ingredients

• 2 loafs of two kinds of bread
• 1/2 cup roe
• 3-4 tablespoons chopped dill
• 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1 cup soft cheese, Philadelphia or alike
• 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, halved
• 1 large bay leaf, fresh or dried
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
• 4 large leeks, trimmed
• 3 eggs, bring to room temperature
• 65 g sugar
• 80 g brown rice flour
• 20 g unsalted butter, melted
• 2 3 drops vanilla extract
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 medium sized potatoes
• A couple of large handfuls of grated cheese
• 1 large tbl sp of soft cheese
• Leaves from 3 thyme sprigs
• 1 tart crust (see below)
• 10-12 ounces of semi-soft cheese, such as brie, that's not too soft - you want to be able to cut it into tiny pieces
