These chocolate toffee cookies with caramel centers will melt right in your mouth when you eat them. They are so good that I bit you won't have just one.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. plus 2 TBS sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c. salted butter
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c. toffee bits
- 1 recipe caramel sauce, at room temperature, recipe below
