• 1 bunch fresh spinach
• 1 head Romaine
• 1 ½ cups Strawberries, sliced , hats removed
• 1 large avocado, peeled, diced
• ½ red onion, sliced thin
• ¼ cup toasted almonds, sliced
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Juice of 1 orange
• 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp poppy seeds
