Tuna, leek and courgette lasagne – serves 4 - Crudwell Pre-School

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
• 400g chopped tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons tomato puree
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 240 g tin of tuna
• 110g dried lasagne sheets
• 110g Cheddar cheese (grated)
• Salt and pepper
• 4 teaspoons butter
• 25g plain flour
• 300ml milk
• 1 teaspoon English mustard
