Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons of coffee
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon almond extract
• 300 ml İçim Chief Cream
• 250 gr İçim Labne Cheese
• 250 gr milk pudding (you can use ready-made from the market or pastry shop)
• 180 gr cat tongue biscuits
• 24 cherries, pitted and halved
• 18 pieces of grated chocolate
• 100 g couverture chocolate
• Cocoa powder
