• 1 cup orange juice
• 3 tablespoons lime juice
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
• 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
