Ingredients

• 2 cups silk/soft organic tofu
• 1 (7oz) bar of dark chocolate, roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¾ cup coconut milk or almond milk
• 2 cups mix of California Giant raspberries and blueberries
• pinch of sea salt
• whipped cream, extra berries and chocolate shavings for topping
