• For the zabaione (eggnog)

• 250 gr sugar
• 250 ml Moscato wine
• 200 ml Marsala wine
• 7 tbsp of white flour
• For the glaze:
• 130 gr dark chocolate
• 20 gr butter
• 3 eggs
• 2 tbsp of icing sugar
