Matcha Limoncello Tiramisu
A twist on the Italian classic, this tiramisu has lighter flavours than the original making it an ideal summer dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, separated
- 50 g caster sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g sponge finger biscuits
- 120 mL limoncello (or other lemon liqueur)
- 225 mL cooled matcha tea
- Matcha tea, for dusting
- Cherries or raspberries, for garnish
