• Parmesan Cheese Toast
• 2 c onions One-inch sliced
• 2 Bay Leaves
• 1/3 c garlic cloves Peeled
• 6 Peppermill turns fresh black
• 1/2 c Parmigiano-Reggiano Grated
• 2 1/2 ts Salt
• 2 qt Chicken Stock
• 1 ts thyme Freshly-chopped
• 2 tb olive oil
• 1 ts basil Freshly-chopped
• 2 c French bread Diced day-old
• 1 tb parsley Finely-chopped
