Nana's Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe - from the Eagle Scout Cookbook Project Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 2-14 oz. cans Swanson's Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic.
• 1 Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
• 2 c. shredded cooked chicken (about 10 oz.)
• 2 c. total of yellow, green and red peppers
• 1/2 c.(more or less) chopped onion
• You can buy the last 2 ingredients in the frozen
• food section together as a frozen stir fry. But, as
• you know, fresh is best.
• 1/2 c. corn
• 1 c. Tortilla strips or chips
• 1 or 2 fresh jalepeno chile peppers sliced into
• circles (optional)
