- 3 cup Kale, chopped
- 2 cup carrot, grated
- ½ head, red cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup olive oil
- .33 cup Bragg's or Nama Shoyu
- 5 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
