• 1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
• 1 small bunch of kale, stem removed and roughly chopped
• ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
• 1 carrot, julienned
• 1 green apple, peeled and thinly sliced
• White sesame seeds, to garnish (optional)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavoured Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce
