T. Bacon's Beer Cheese and Brat Soup

• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 quart Heavy cream
• 1 bottle local beer
• 2 cups water
• 1 TBS Chicken base
• 1 TBS hot sauce
• 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
• 2 pounds american cheese
• 5 oz BelGioioso Asiago shredded cheese
• 5 grilled Bratwurst sliced
