Ingredients

• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more for serving)
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• ¼ cup white wine (like Pinot Grigio)
• 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetarian broth)
• 1 cup puréed tomatoes
• ½ cup cream (20% fat, or plant-based alternative)
• 1 ounce grated Parmesan
• 3 tbsp chopped basil leaves (more for serving)
• 1.1 pounds cheese tortelloni (I used a Parmesan filling)
