Varicoloured Whirlpool - Vegeta

Ingredients

• 40 g pine nuts
• 30 g bread crumbs
• 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon Vegeta
• 300 g pasta (Fusilli)
• 2 can of tuna solid in vegetable oil (2x160 g)
• 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
• 50 ml extra Virgin olive oil
• 225 ml water
• 200 g tender young spinach
• 2 cloves garlic
