Ingredients

• 2 large tomatoes
• 1/2 cup tomato sauce
• 2/3 cup roasted green chile or 4 jalapeños, peeled and chopped to taste
• 1/3 cup yellow onion
• 3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
• 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
• 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1 small hot dried red pepper, crushed
