• 200 g dark chocolate, melted
• 5 eggs, separated
• ***For the sweet cream
• 1 cup cream
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1⁄4 tsp ground cloves
• 1⁄4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1⁄4 tsp ground cardamom
• ***For the coffee ganache
• 250 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup cream
• Pinch salt
• 2 tbsp instant coffee
