Overnight spinach salad recipe

Ingredients

• 2 pkg. Spinach
• 1 head iceberg lettuce
• 1 libra bacon (or less)
• 1/2 red onion sliced
• 3/4 libra. Swiss cheese, grated
• 3/4 libra. fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup cottage cheese, rinsed so curds remain
• 3/4 tablespoon poppy seeds
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 3/4 cup cooking oil
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoon grated onion
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon dry mustard
