• Rapeseed oil for frying
• 1 bag of ready-made taco spices
• 1 tsp Ancho chilli
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tomatoes
• 1 clove of garlic
• Lime juice
• 1 small red onion
• 1 green chilli
• 1 red chilli
• Cilantro to taste
• Olive oil
• Salt flakes
• Black pepper
• 2 ripe avocados, chopped
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 lime, in wedges
