- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Garlic Puree
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Corn Flour
- Salt and Pepper
- 400g Red Leicester Cheese, grated
- 12 slices (⅓rd Jar) of Candied Jalapeno
