• 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
• 1 (15.5-ounce) can IGA Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
• 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into 1 1 / 2-inch pieces
