Ingredients

• 500 g pollack, diced
• 2 large tomatoes, sliced
• 1 large red pepper, sliced
• 2 tins of baked beans
• 0 Half a red chilli, finely chopped
• 1 bunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped
• 1 tsp salt
• 8 turns of a pepper grinder
• 6 tbsp low-fat soured cream
• 4 tortillas
