Created by Audrey Saunders in 2006 at the Pegu Club NYC, the French Pearl mixes notes of anise, botanicals, lime, and mint.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. 60ml Aviation American Gin
- 0.25 oz. 8ml Ricard Pastis
- 0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz. 23ml Simple Syrup
- 6 sprigs 6 sprigs Mint
