Ingredients

• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons California Olive Ranch Chef’s Bottle 100% California
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 celery ribs, chopped
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 2 cups dried French green lentils, rinsed
• 14oz can crushed tomatoes
• 6 cups veggie broth
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1/2 teaspoon coriander
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 2 bay leaves
• 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
• Juice of 1 lemon
