• 1 pound of Wild Caught Salmon, preferably Sockeye
• 1 large egg
• 3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
• 1 Celery Stalk, chopped
• 1 tsp Coriander
• 1 tsp Cardamom
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Cumin
• Lemon Zest
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 cup Almond Flour
• 1 Tablespoons of Cooking Fat to grease the pan
• 1 Large White Sweet Potato (or other variety)
• Salt to taste
