Ingredients

• Vegetable cooking spray
• 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
• 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
• ¼ cup Sun-Dried Tomato Halves
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 tbsp whole milk
• ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 lb ground turkey, preferably dark meat
