Ingredients
- ~1 lb chicken breasts, cut up into bite sized pieces..
- 1/4 lb smoked sausage, diced.
- 3 cans cannellini (white kidney) beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 small red or green bell pepper, diced (~3/4 c)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup salsa (red or green)
- 1/2 teas minced garlic
- 1/2 teas black pepper
- 2 teas red wine vinegar
- 2 teas brown sugar
- water or chicken broth
