• 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1-1/3 cups REESE'S PIECES Candies (10 oz pkg.)
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
• 2/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz, not evaporated milk)
• 1-1/2 tsps vanilla extract
