• 5 tbsps (75 ml) montreal steak spice 30 minute marinade (la grille/) divided
• 1/4 cup (75 g) plus 3 tablespoons (50g) unsalted butter softened, divided
• 3/4 tsp (3 ml) salt divided
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml) pepper ground black (club house)
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) finely chopped fresh dill
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) finely chopped gresh garlic
• 4 cups (1 liter) baby potatoes
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
