- 1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 6 medium-sized Fresno chiles
- 3 tablespoons of your favorite barbecue rub (I used 1 tablespoon Not-So-Basic Barbecue Rub combined with 2 tablespoons light brown sugar)
