• 3/4 C Italian bread crumbs
• 1 tsp dehydrated onion
• 1/2 C tomato sauce
• 1 eggs (large)
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 3/4 tsp salt and black pepper
• 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
• 5 oz baby spinach (chopped)
• 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
• 1/2 C mozzarella cheese (shredded)
• 3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)
• 3/4 C tomato sauce (for the top)
