Meatloaf - Lucky 32

Ingredients

• ½ pound ground pork
• 1 ½ pounds ground beef
• ½ stick butter
• ¾ cup chopped yellow onion
• ½ cup finely chopped celery with stems and leaves
• 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
• ½ cup diced green bell pepper
• ¼ cup chopped green onion
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup half & half cream
• 1 tsp Tabasco
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire
• 1 tsp ground mustard
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme
• 1 ½ tsp salt or to taste
• ¾ tsp pepper or to taste
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 12 slices bacon
