• 1 cup (250 mL) onion, diced
• 2 cups (500 mL) potatoes, diced
• 2 cup carrots, diced
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) beef stock
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg, beaten
