Cheese and Spring Onion Scones @ ExplorOz Recipes
These scones are good cooked in a camp oven. But any oven will do.
Ingredients
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- large pinch mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 table spoons butter or margarine
- 200 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped1 large egg, beaten
- 4 tablespoons milk
