Exotic Indonesian Grilled Chicken - KARA

Ingredients

• 1 Kg chicken cut into medium pieces
• ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric (powder)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 8 shallots
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 3 ½ teaspoons of fresh ginger
• 1 piece of fresh turmeric root
• 3-4 long green chilies
• ½ cup loosely packed of Basil Leaves (Thai Basil)
• 2 stalks of lemongrass stalk
• 2 leaves of Kafir Lime
• 1 candlenut
• 200ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
• 4 tablespoon cooking oil
• ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
• 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
