Epic Tofu Mini Shish Taouk Skewers – Rachelle Béry

Ingredients

• 1 package <strong>Epic Tofu </strong>shish taouk-style marinated tofu cubes 400 g
• 1 tbsp neutral oil
• 1 small tomato, diced
• ¼ cup pickled turnips, finely julienned
• ¼ cup parsley, chopped
• ¼ cup vegan feta, crumbled
• 2 tbsp mint, chopped
• 2 tbsp dill, chopped
• A few small wooden skewers for assembly
• <strong>For the garlic sauce:</strong>
• ⅓ cup mayonnaise
• 1–2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Generous pinch of salt
