• 1 (21 oz.) can Lucky Leaf Red Raspberry Fruit Filling
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, divided (about 4 lemons)
• 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
• 3/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
• Zest of 1 lemon
