• 500 g Prawns
• 2 Roma tomatoes
• 1/2 onion
• 1/4 bunch coriander
• 2 poblano chillies
• 2 tbsp chipotle chilli in adobo
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 tbsp mustard
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 15 g butter
• 1/4 tbsp paprika
• 1/4 tbsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tbsp oregano
• 400 g Oaxaca cheese
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 15 pack La Tortillería tortillas
• Salt & pepper to taste
