Chicken & Ham Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• For the Filling;
• 500g Skinless & Boneless Chicken Thighs, diced
• 150g Thick Cut Cooked Ham, diced
• 2 Leeks, slice 2 cm thick
• 2 tbsp Plain Flour
• 1 tsp Mustard Powder
• 300ml Chicken Stock
• 200ml Semi Skimmed Milk
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• Handful of fresh thyme, finely chopped
• For the pastry;
• 100g Kerrygold Salted Butter
• 220g Plain Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1-2 tbsp Cold Water
• 1 Egg, beaten to glaze
