• ▢¼ cup hot sauce like Cholula (Optional)
• ▢⅓ cup red onion, chopped
• ▢10-12 corn tortillas
• ▢1 tbsp olive oil
• ▢½-1 cup shredded cheese
• ▢4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
• ▢2-4 tbsp sour cream
• Add Lettuce and tomato if you like.
