Ingredients
- 165g soft margarine, eg Stork, plus extra to grease
- 165g caster sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 165g self-raising flour, sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 tbsp strawberry jam
- 200ml double cream, whipped to soft peaks
- a dusting of icing sugar (optional)
- a handful of fresh strawberries, to decorate (optional)
