• 2 tbsp brown sugar

• a few cloves
• mashed potato and green beans to serve
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2.5 cup cubed pumpkin pieces
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 0.5 cup cream
• 1 tbsp mild English mustard
