• 4 cups veggie stock
• 1 cup chickpeas
• 1 cup fresh spinach
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 cup water
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 medium red bell pepper
• 1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Organic Chicken Base Bouillion
• 1 tsp dried thyme
