My Cranberry Camembert Chicken Filo parcels are perfect for lunch, especially at Christmas. I love how flavours come together so beautifully!
Ingredients
- 8 sheets of filo, defrosted
- oil olive spray
- 400 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (I used Oceanfresh Whole Cranberry Sauce)
- 120 g camembert, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame or poppy seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
