• 1 lime
• 2 Tbs avocado oil
• Salt and pepper
• 1 ½ lb raw, peeled, deveined, medium Pacific Lush shrimp
• 1 lb tagliatelle pasta
• 1 Shallot, chopped
• 3 Tbs of fresh cilantro. chopped
• 1 lemon zest
• 1 tsp paprika
