Ingredients

• 1 pkg Carolina® White Rice
• 2 oz broccoli
• 2 Tbsps butter ¼ cup onion, chopped
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• ¼ cup celery, chopped
• ½ cup carrot, chopped
• 2 cans (14 ½ oz.) chicken broth
• 2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
• ¾ cup whipping cream
• salt and ground black pepper, to taste
• ½ tsp dried dill
