Ingredients

• 4 c. olive oil
• 1lb ½ (680 g) cased Italian sausage removed
• 2 chopped carrots
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/3 cup dry white wine
• 1 1/2 cups Kitchen Lab Extra Meat Sauce
• 3/4 cup low-sodium canned vegetable broth or homemade broth
• 6 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
• 3 tablespoons light cream
• 4 1/2 cups of water
• 1 1/3 cups coarse or medium cornmeal
• 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, and more for serving
